The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.

On the agenda is a proclamation honoring Andrew Meyers and discussion and possible action regarding a memorial for Meyers on the courthouse grounds. Also on the agenda is a public hearing and resolutions for budget amendments, receiving and filing the FY23 Marion County audit, discussion and possible action for a City of Knoxville Veterans District concept plan, five different road department resolutions, discussion and possible action for a courthouse closure due to a power distribution upgrade, and an engagement agreement for counsel. The meeting will conclude with discussion and possible action regarding an extension agreement between the City of Pella, Pella Community School District and Marion County regarding EPCON Residential Urban Renewal Area 

Today’s Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting will start at 9:00 am and be held at 3014 E Main St. in Knoxville.
