
The Indianola City Council approved a Housing Study and Needs Assessment during their regular session Monday night. The council held a public hearing and determined that a nuisance did not exist at 911 North C Street, as the issue had been taken care of by the property owner. They also approved amendments to Chapter 165 in the Procedures of the Code of Ordinances for the city’s zoning regulations relating to site plans and building design standards. The council also held public hearings and approved ordinances for the right-of-way vacations and conveyance of alleys at 705 North Howard Street and 207 North B Street.
