Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced her appointments to Iowa’s boards and commissions on Monday. Six Marion county residents were among the appointments, with those positions subject to Senate confirmation. Joeseph Featherstone was appointed to Iowa’s Commission of Deaf Services, while Jere Morrissey was appointed to the Engineering and Land Surveying Examining Board. Don DeKock and Cheryl Elsloo were appointed to the Civil Rights Commission and Teressa Hovell and Jayson Henry were appointed to the State Workforce Development Board.
