The Pleasantville baseball team concluded their regular season with a win over Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on Wednesday night.

The Trojans defeated the Rockets 6-0 to finish the season with a 20-10 overall record and a 14-6 mark in the West Central Conference. After a three game win streak to end the season, Pleasantville finished third in the conference and received a first round bye in their Class 2A Substate 6 bracket. The Trojans will face the winner of Centerville and Central Lee in their first postseason game which will take place on July 9th.
