New Knoxville Boys Basketball Coach Dan Shipley has resigned effective immediately. In his resignation letter to Activities Director Ryan Paulsen, Shipley cited personal reasons involving his family that contributed to his resignation. Knoxville is coming off a 14-8 season, finishing 3rd in the South Central Conference. Joel Keady, who has served as an assistant coach for the past several seasons has accepted an offer to be the head coach.
