The first day of the 2024 Marion County Fair is in the books.

Kicking off the festivities of this year’s fair was the Dog Obedience Show, while much of the day was focused on animal check in for shows that will be held today through Tuesday. Concluding the opening day of the 2024 fair was the grandstand show that featured country music artists Cooper Alan, Ashley Cooke, and Dylan Schneider.
