The Knoxville School Board special election will take place tomorrow.
This election is to fill a school board vacancy after the resignation of Susan Swartzendruber in May. The two candidates for the election are Tony Rider and Dylan Mick. Early voting is open until 4:30 pm today at the Marion County Courthouse, and regular voting will take place tomorrow at designated polling locations. Marion County Auditor Jake Grandia says his office was at 233 requested absentee ballots as of Friday afternoon.
