Knoxville artist Amber Klootwyk is holding a RAGBRAI-inspired art open house at Peoples Bank tonight.

This event, which is a partnership between Klootwyk and Peoples Bank, will be held at the Knoxville branch of Peoples Bank from 6:00-8:00 pm. Klootwyk has designed a special set of RAGBRAI inspired prints for sale that will be on display during this gallery show/open house. Klootwyk is originally from Knoxville and has a passion for displaying her hometown through her work such as the mural visible on West Pleasant St. Klootwyk encourages the community to come out to see her creations on display.

“It’s a great chance to just walk around and look. It’s a small gallery, just really low key and casual. It’s just a nice time to peek around and look at things. It’s very casual. You can come in for 5-10 minutes or stay for a couple hours to look at all the details and all the colors. It really is just a nice way to get some artists out there and get some color on the town.”

This event is free and open to the public and refreshments will be provided.
