Phase two of the Knoxville Street Improvement Project is underway.

City staff reminds community members  that street closures will take place on Main St. between 3rd and 5th St. beginning on Monday. Sidewalks will remain open and the city encourages residents to still patronize businesses in the area of the closure. Phase one of the street improvement project is still ongoing and the timeline provided by the city says both phases are expected to be completed in November.
