The first Mass Ascension night of the 2024 National Balloon Classic is tonight for the second day of the nine-day event. The Dirty Rotten Scoundrels will be on the TruBank Live Stage beginning at 6pm, with Fantastic Fireworks beginning after dark. Executive Director Staci Scheurenbrand tells KNIA News competition flights take place at 6:30am every morning, and that is free to attend at the balloon field for those who want to get up early and see the balloons fly.
