The 2024 National Balloon Classic is in full swing, with competition flights each morning at 6:30am, and festivities and live music beginning at 6:30pm. Executive Director Staci Scheurenbrand tells KNIA News those attending can park for free, and tickets are available online or from local partners such as the Indianola HyVee. Brad Seidenfeld is on the TruBank Live Stage tonight, with a Mass Ascension beginning at 6:30pm. KNIA will have daily updates on the National Balloon Classic, and will announce if weather impacts the event each day.
