Our #10 moment for Twin Cedars and Melcher-Dallas lands on Sabers’ side. Until last fall, the Bluegrass Conference had not had a meet where runners could earn all-conference designation. That all changed this past fall when the BGC held its first ever conference cross country meet. Twin Cedars’ Runner Shyanne Evans became the first runner in school history to achieve all-Bluegrass Conference designation with a 10th place finish in a time of 27:44. Evans, who was only a freshman last fall, will likely be a favorite to get a second all-conference this fall.
