The second annual Nos Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals Kick off Concert will be held tonight in downtown Knoxville. 

The concert will be held on the corner of Robinson St. and 3rd St. and will feature the Band Rick Monroe & The Hitmen. The county band will take the stage at 9:00 pm and play until roughly 11:00 pm. Starting at 5:00 pm, the beer garden will open and at 6:00 pm Steve McClain & The Jefferson County Garage Band will perform. This is a free concert open to the public.
