Funeral services for Francis Neff will be held on Saturday, August 10th at 10:00am at the United Methodist Church in Monroe. Burial with Military Rites will be held at Silent City Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Friday from 4:00-7:00pm at the church. Memorials may be given to the family and a charity will be designated later.
