The event that annually ends the swimming season at Newton’s Maytag pool will be held tomorrow. From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday August 18th, dogs will be allowed into the pool, The Maytag Pool Dog Swim is a fundraiser for pool operations. Admission is $6.00 per dog & handler. TOne handler (16 years old or above) can enter the pool with each dog. A release waiver must be signed by each person entering the pool. Only dogs will be allowed to swim. All spectators must remain outside the fence or in the upper pool pavilion
