Discussion will be extensive with several policy and planning items scheduled during Tuesday’s Pella City Council meeting. No formal action will be taken, but the council will hold sessions about multiple topics, including:

– Pickleball Courts Request (potential partnership with Central College and an update about Kiwanis Park courts)
– Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision Code, and Zoning Code Update and Wayfinding Sign Program
– Bos Landen Golf Grounds Equipment Lease
– Electric Emission Sale

At the end of the meeting, there will be a project update presentation from City Administrator Mike Nardini about the Pella Memorial Building, a consultant report about ambulance services, and potential renovation to the now-city owned building at 215 Main Street.
