The Knoxville City Council approved a development agreement with Villas on Bell, LLC at their meeting Monday night.

This is for a second Kading housing development in Knoxville that is still contingent on securing federal housing tax credits. Also at the meeting, the council approved a site plan for a new Leighton State Bank building, the Larson Street Pump Project, an ordinance for sewer service outside of city limits, and an estimate from CIT Sewer Solutions for the Knoxville CIPP Lining Project. The meeting concluded with the council approving a lab contract for the water reclamation plan.
