The 2024 sprint car season at the Knoxville Raceway comes to an end tonight with Season Championship Night as three track champions will be crowned. Two of the three may go down to the final laps of the A-Main as Austin McCarl holds a 95 point lead over Aaron Reutzel as those are the only two drivers that are still mathematically alive for the title. In the Pro Sprints, up to six drivers are still mathematically alive with Mike Mayberry holding a 76 point lead over J Kinder. Kinder started slowly the first two week’s but has been on fire since winning four of five nights earlier in the season. The only class that does not have much drama tonight is the 360s where Jamie Ball only needs to take his Time trial laps and he will clinch his first career track championship.
