Applications are open for non-profit organizations for grants through the Pella Community Foundation. President Jim Brandl says in 2023, the foundation moved up the deadline and there was a slight drop in enrollees, and this year, he wants more creators of potential projects to seek support. Brandl says any official non-profit organization in the Pella area can apply for support for a wide range of needs through a larger Impact grant or their board-directed options.
