The City of Indianola Hillcrest Ave Reconstruction Project is ongoing and has completed Phase 3, the area between Ninth Street and the trail crossing.
Phase 4A will begin today, and covers the area between Ninth Street and the entrance to Apex Storage, and during this phase the north and west legs of the Ninth Street intersection will be closed, with traffic flowing from the east and south. The city asks all commuters in the area adhere to traffic signs and instructions for the safety of workers and fellow road users. Phase 4A is expected to be completed near the end of September.
