The Pleasantville volleyball team will open their season tonight at Des Moines Christian.

This will also be the debut for new Trojan head coach Ammie McGraw. The Trojans are coming off breaking the school record for most wins in a season when they picked up 27 wins last season. Pleasantville will jump right into the deep end to start their 2024 season as they will take on their conference foe who won the West Central Conference last season and qualified for the state tournament. The Trojans have not defeated the Lions in a match since 2008. First serve tonight in Urbandale is at 6:30 pm.
