Classes begin today for 4-year-olds enrolled in the Newton Community School District’s 2024-2025 Preschool Program. The District offers the program in morning or afternoon sessions in classrooms at Thomas Jefferson Elementary school and the Newton YMCA. To participate this school year children must be 4-years-old by September 15th of this year. There is no tuition fee for the program, as it’s funded by the State.
