Christian Opportunity Center held an open house on Tuesday for their new Eilers and University duplexes in Pella that are a part of the HCBS+ Residential Program.

During the open house, community members and partners had the opportunity to view the new residences that were tailored to the unique needs of the individuals supported by the organization. Christian Opportunity Center Regional Director Shelli Robins said that it is a great feeling to be able to provide these individuals with a state-of-the-art living space that accommodates their needs.

“It’s a blessing, it’s truly a blessing. I’ve worked with many of the individuals we serve for many years, and to give them the opportunity to move into a brand new, beautiful home that they will love and will enjoy being here, like I’ve said, we want peace and a good quality of life for them.”
