The Norwalk boys return six of their top seven runners from last year’s state qualifier and start the season ranked fifth in Class 4A by the Iowa Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches. The Norwalk girls also return multiple runners from last year, but will feature a young squad overall.
The Class 4A 10th-ranked Warrior volleyball team enters today with a 6-5 overall record and will play five more matches in Adel. Starting at 4:30, Norwalk will face Gilbert, Nevada, Woodward-Granger, West Marshall and ADM.
