The Knoxville City Hall and Police Department are providing free notary services. 

Both the police department and city hall will provide this service during business hours. You will just need to bring your ID. A Notary Public is a person commissioned by the Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial and unbiased witness by identifying persons who come before the Notary. The most common function of the Notary is to witness and attest that a person signing a document is authentic.
