Yoga in the Park continues over the summer at Buxton Park, a years-long program that brings yoga to the area with a different instructor each week. Kathy Kester with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News the program is for adults who want to improve flexibility, balance, and strength in a unique setting outdoors, and all you need to bring is your own mat, towel, and water.
