The Indianola City Council met in a regular and a joint session with the Indianola Wellness Campus Board of Trustees Monday evening.

The council approved the contract for the North N Street Storm Sewer Repairs project for $109,595, and the contract for the West Clinton Avenue Reconstruction Project for $372,997.55, well under the Engineer’s Estimate of approximately $530k. The council also approved the appointment of Ellen Howell to the Hometown Pride Committee.

In joint session with the Indianola Wellness Campus Board of Trustees, the two entities received the Power Wellness Report, which reviewed the strengths and areas of improvement for the campus and how to find cost savings and efficiency moving forward.
