The #1 in class 4A Indianola football team looks to bounce back after a week three loss at Pella and try to overcome an opponent that has had their number over the last several years in Carlisle for the annual homecoming game. The Indians have dropped their last two games against Carlisle including last year’s upset 17-6 win for the Wildcats, where the Indians gave up 255 yards on the ground and over four yards a carry, which head coach Eric Kluver says simply can’t happen again.

“It takes a lot of adjusting. We are just trying to get them ready for a very physical football team that is very comfortable with what they do, and we are going to have to make stops on third and fourth down.”

The game can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA, with Andrew Swadner and Rob Hawkins on the call. Pregame coverage begins at 6:30pm, with kickoff at 7:30.
