After work this winter, the next phase of the new clubhouse project at Newton’s Westwood Golf Course will focus on what’s outside of the building. Newton City Administrator Matt Muckler says that’s phase three. 

“Which was one of the goals the Council adopted during our recent goal-setting session. It involves exterior work in terms of patio work and things outside the building itself.”

Muckler says the clubhouse building is under construction now and should be completed before the end of the year. Over the winter, he notes contractors will be working inside the building.
