The Pella Marching Dutch will kick off their annual competition season against some of the best bands in the Midwest this weekend. The ensemble will travel to Waukee Northwest High School for the Bands of America Regional Contest.

This is the second consecutive season the Marching Dutch will participate in a showcase of twenty other bands from six different states. In 2023, Pella won the Class A division of the show and placed 6th overall.

Pella will perform at the Band of America Iowa Regional this Saturday at noon, and if they qualify, later that evening in the finals.
