It was a three-set sweep for #5 in 4A Pella over #8 in 4A Norwalk as the green and white dominated a Little Hawkeye Conference ranked volleyball showdown Tuesday (25-15, 25-21, 25-14). On senior night for the Warriors, it was the Dutch who celebrated with a balanced offensive attack and very few consecutive points streaks allowed with solid defense. Katie Scheckel led the way with 11 kills and four service aces, Abbie Brand tallied five blocks — three solo, Brooke Schulte nabbed eight kills, and Emma Eekhoff racked up five assisted blocks and three service aces. Pella moves to 28-4 overall and remains undefeated in the Little Hawkeye Conference; they return to action Saturday at the Carlisle tournament, hosted by the #12 in 4A Wildcats.
