The Pleasantville football team will take on Sigourney-Keota on the road tonight.
The Trojans are 3-1 on the season and are coming off a 20-13 win over Pella Christian last week in their first game of district play. The Cobras are 3-1 on the season and coming off a 60-0 win over Cardinal last week. Sigourney-Keota is 3-0 all-time against Pleasantville in the Bound era and beat them 31-24 last season. Tonight’s game will potentially have huge implications on who wins the district title. Pleasantville has been led in offensive production this season by sophomore quarterback Braylon Bingham who has thrown for 889 yards and nine touchdowns and has rushed for 175 yards and five touchdowns.
Tonight’s game in Sigourney starts at 7:00 pm.
