After losing the Marion County Eight-Man game last week, the Twin Cedars Football Squad will try to get back on track at home against Moravia tonight. Both Sabers and MoHawks are winless. Moravia is coming off an 82-7 loss to Southeast Warren last week and have been outscored 326-49 and are giving up an average of 65 points per game. Twin Cedars has scored more points this season than the MoHawks. Coach Mark Ford tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the job of turning around the Saber program is slow, but he sees steps in the right direction.
Ford: “I’m sure trying and I’m going to keep trying and the kids in the halls they’re seeing the changes made, and I’m going to keep working on it.”
Kickoff is set for 7:00 at the Twin Cedars Football Field.
