The next edition of the Indianola Parks and Rec Afternoon Adventure Series is a week away, featuring the lives of eastern Iowans during the 1920s and 1930s. Kathy Kester with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News Linda Betsinger McCann will share insights into the lives of eastern Iowans during the Prohibition era. This event is free and open to the public, and takes place October 8th at 2pm at the Indianola Activity Center.
