A Newton Man accused of making almost $3,500 of unauthorized credit and debit card transactions has pleaded guilty. Newton Police say 46-year- old Brandon Dean Lint has admitted to making 59 unauthorized transactions on another Newton man’s bank account. The criminal complaint states these transactions occurred between August 21st and November 28th of last year, and totaled $3,494.70. Lint has pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, a Class D felony. District Associate Judge Steven Holwerda accepted Lint’s plea, and set his sentencing for November 12th.
