Colfax Mingo has selected their very first Community Member of the Year. That person is Neoma Meisel. Community Liaison for Colfax-Mingo Schools Lindsay Porter says Meisel has raised four Tigerhawks of her own and supported eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She has also supported Colfax-Mingo students through her 29 years as a bus driver. According to Porter, Meisel especially liked driving students to activities.. She also continues to support Tigerhawk students by attending home sporting events and other activities.
