The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum is holding a “suite tower topping” for the new Dennis Albaugh Suite Tower on Friday.

The ceremony will be held at 11:00 am and it is a way to celebrate the progress of the construction on the new suite tower. The new six-story tower will be a replica of the existing Bryan Clauson Suite Tower. The twelve new suites will go up on the east side of the museum, looking out at turn two of the Knoxville Raceway as a bookend to the facility. The new suite tower is set to open for the start of the 2025 season at Knoxville Raceway next April, and more than 20 guests have been on the waiting list for a suite.

At the ceremony Friday, attendees will be signing the beam before it is hoisted to the top of the tower. Dennis Albaugh and other dignitaries will be on hand to witness the “Topping Off” of the tower. Following the ceremony, there will be light refreshments on the second floor at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new suite tower on May 31st.
