The Twin Cedars Volleyball Squad will meet arch-rival Melcher-Dallas tonight on the volleyball court. The Sabers swept a triangular on Tuesday over Orient-Macksburg and Murray to raise their record to 8-14 on the season. The Sabers have been mostly balanced up from with Freshman Khloe French leading in kills with 71 and two seniors close behind in Cristan Durian with 58 and Ami Mockenhaupt with 34, she also leads the Sabers with 110 assists. The Saints split a triangular on Tuesday falling to class 1A top ranked Ankeny Christian and defeating Moravia. The Saints are five-and-eight this season. In the Bound Era, The Sabers hold a 14-8 series lead and have won the last four meetings including last season’s 3-0 sweep. First service is set for 7:30.
