The Pleasantville football team will host Colfax-Mingo tonight for homecoming.

The Trojans are 3-2 on the season and are coming off a 33-7 loss to Sigourney-Keota last week. The Tigerhawks are 1-4 and defeated Cardinal 39-0 last Friday. The Trojans are 1-1 in district play and will look to improve to a positive district record against a team they shutout last season. Pleasantville has been led in offense by sophomore quarterback Braylon Bingham who has thrown for over 1,000 yards, rushed for 169 and has accounted for 15 touchdowns. Bingham has also been a force on defense accounting for 35 tackles and five interceptions. The Trojans have also seen a balance in receiving yards this season from Brayden Kennedy, Logan Roff, and JJ Phillips who have over 800 yards receiving between the three.

Tonight’s homecoming game in Pleasantville starts at 7:00 pm.
