Newton Public Library Director Nicole Terry is accepting proposals for grounds maintenance services at the library. She’s looking for bids on a two-year contract for lawn and landscape care. Prospective bidders can view bid specifications at the Newton Public Library Information Desk during regular business hours. The specification can also be found online at www.newtongov.org/bids.aspx, or by emailing Nicole Terry, the Library Director, at nterry@newton.lib.ia.us.. Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Library Director at the Newton Public Library, 100 North 3rd Avenue West, P.O. Box 746, Newton, Iowa 50208, until 12 :00 p.m. Thursday, October 31st. Proposals will be opened and awarded by the Newton Public Library Board of Trustees at their November 7th meeting.
