The Pleasantville football team defeated Colfax-Mingo 48-0 Friday night for Homecoming.

The Trojans offense found their groove after a tough outing last week and the defense pitched their first shoutout of the season. Pleasantville is now 4-2 overall and 2-1 in district play. The Trojans will have a chance to lock up the number two seed in their district with a win next week when they travel to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont.
