The Jasper County Cares Coalition is meeting tomorrow morning. The coalition consists of numerous health, human services, non-profits, law enforcement, and school representatives from across the county. Their mission is to enhance the awareness of health and human service resources and promote collaboration to better serve Jasper County. The Coalition meets the second Wednesday of each month. The agenda for tomorrow’s meeting includes a follow up on the recent Community Health Assessment Town Hall that was held, publicizing the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, and a presentation on the Discover Hope 517 Organization in Newton. The Jasper County Cares Coalition meeting begins at 10:30 Wednesday morning in the large Conference Room at the County Office Building at 315 West 3rd Street North in Newton.
