
The Pleasantville volleyball team beat West Central Conference opponent Earlham in five sets Tuesday night.
The Trojans won the first set in commanding fashion 25-15, but the Cardinals dominated set two 25-10. Pleasantville went on to win a lopsided third set 25-11, but Earlham answered back winning set four 25-14. The Trojans closed out the match with a win by taking set five 15-10. After the win the Trojans improve to 20-10 overall and 2-3 in conference play. Pleasantville will be back in action on Monday for the West Central Conference tournament hosted by Des Moines Christian.
