The Newton Colfax-Mingo Aquagirls defeated Des Moines Lincoln at Lincoln High School Thursday night 107-73. The Aquagirls captured first place finishes in 15 events. Newton had several swimmers finishing first in several individual and relay events, including Barton Harper, Peyton Ray, Alex Riney, Addison Van Maanen, and Tori White. Next up for the Newton Colfax-Mingo Pella Aquagirls is a dual meet at Boone this coming Tuesday, October 15th at 5:30 p.m.
