The Central College men’s soccer team wrapped up non-conference action Sunday with their highest scoring game of the season in a 5-0 victory of the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Coleman Manuel led the way with two goals, starting with the game’s first score on a penalty kick in the 15th minute. The Dutch struck again in the 21st minute, when Ian Gredell scored his second goal of the season off a pass from Trysten Vasquez. Central added one more goal in the first half, when Jack Hillis scored his first career goal in the 38th minute on a Nick Colavita assist. Manuel tallied his second goal of the match in the 71st minute on an assist by Nathan Scholl. Central’s final goal came in the 85th minute when Ryan Anhalt scored his first career goal, which was set up by Austin Bone and Derek Beiner. The Central defense was just as good as the offense holding the Blue Devils to three shots and zero shots on goal.

The Dutch return to conference play on Tuesday, hosting Luther College at 3:30 p.m.
