Rankin Wins 3rd Straight Conference Title, Boys 2nd, Girls 5th
For the 3rd year in a row, Isaac Rankin is a South Central Conference Champion as he won the boys conference cross country meet in Centerville on Tuesday. Rankin’s time was 16:35, :18 seconds ahead of the runner-up. Also earning all conference honors for Knoxville was Connor Schultz, who placed 6th with a time of 17:45. As a team, the Panthers placed 2nd behind Chariton with 55 points to the Chargers’ 25. For the girls, the Panthers placed 5th overall with a strong run by Halle Baker in 22nd with a time of 24:19.

Knoxville Volleyball Blows Out Chariton In SCC Finale
The Knoxville Volleyball Squad dominated Chariton from start to finish on Tuesday sweeping the Chargers 25-11, 25-16, and 25-9. The Panthers used 17 ace serves to fuel the win. Rylyn McCarty led with ten kills while Hannah Dunkin put down eight kills and had six service aces. Addy Dunkin had 22 assists and served up four aces of her own, while Abbie Keitges had three aces and six digs. Knoxville is now 20-13 on the season. Knoxville will host its own invitational on Saturday.
