The Pleasantville Football Squad routed Cardinal 56-13 on Friday. The Trojans and Comets were close at the beginning when Cardinal scored to make it 14-6, but the Trojans took control of the game. Coach Mack Jorth told KNIA Sports several different players scored including Braylon Bingham, J.J. Phillips, and Brayden Kennedy all had two touchdowns with Logan Roff and Owen Rule each scoring once. Pleasantville finishes the regular season 6-2 and will host a first round class 1A playoff game next Friday.
