The Indianola City Council meets in regular session this evening. The council will consider a rezoning application for property located at 215 North Buxton Street from Single Family Residential to Downtown Mixed-Use, site plans for Kentucky Ridge Townhomes, 203 West Second Avenue, and the Kwik-Star at 2103 North Jefferson Way, and a Plat of Survey for Mid-American Energy.

The council will discuss the trail crossing on East Hillcrest Avenue and bids for the Wonder on Buxton Project before going into closed session to perform an employee evaluation. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
