The Knoxville Boys Cross Country Squad hopes to pull a surprise and qualify for the class 3A State Meet today. The Panthers travel to The Pella Sports Park to run in the class 3A State Qualifier in hopes of making state. Isaac Rankin is already a favorite to qualify for his third consecutive State Meet as he won his 3rd straight South Central Conference title last week. Rankin is currently ranked 10th in the Iowa Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Coaches Association class 3A poll. The Panthers girls will hope to conclude a frustrating season with personal record times and building for next season. The first race is set to begin at 4:00pm.
