The Knoxville community survey will be open through the end of October.

This survey is a way to help plan for the future of Knoxville as the city is working to update its comprehensive plan. Community members are able to voice their opinions on what they would like to see over the next 10-20 years. Knoxville City Manager Heather Ussery says it is important for Knoxville citizens to complete the survey.

“The survey is really what makes up the information that goes into the plan from the citizens and their feedback. It’s very important. We have MSA’s who we hire to help develop the plan and there’s fundamental things in each comprehensive plan that we will have but ultimately the guiding principles for the next 10-20 years that is in that plan is made up of the feedback we receive from the citizens so it’s very important.”
